What helps on the first call
Three lines is enough: what the asset or project is, what has happened or what you need to decide, and the timetable. If you already have any of these, say so; it usually turns a vague call into a scoped one.
- The information memorandum, tender return or proposal
- A monitoring export, or access to the monitoring platform
- The yield assessment and the financial model's technical inputs
- Single-line diagrams, layouts and as-built drawings
- The EPC, O&M, asset management, PPA or grid connection agreement
- For disputes: the letter of claim, the contract test method and the other side's report
